Your personal training journey starts with a fitness evaluation. This is a series of tests designed to assess cardiovascular fitness, body-fat percentage, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance.
Personalized Exercise Program
We then create an individualized exercise program based on your fitness evaluation results and your personal fitness and health goals.
Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of personal trainers. We’ll give you a detailed orientation that addresses the aerobic, strength, and flexibility components of the exercise program. We’ll also make sure you are educated about the fundamentals of strength and aerobic training, as well as the proper and safe use of our equipment.
For those with a busy lifestyle, we offer a 30-minute circuit training session. Our top-of-the-line hydraulic exercise equipment allows for varied resistance levels, which keeps you from getting bored or reaching a plateau. Our circuit training system removes all the common barriers to exercise and sets the stage for a positive exercise experience. This non-impact, simple circuit training provides a total body cardio and strength routine that accommodates any exercise fitness level. Its interactive capability makes it very appealing to everyone.
